Step 3. Install Java 7 64 bit

Preinstall

For some reason, we need setting some stuff before install Java 7 64 bit

Use Static IP

If you connect to network, set IP from DHCP to static, in my case I connect to network with LAN Network, then click Detail for more information

In my case, my LAN Network still use DHCP, you can see on DHCP Enabled is YES, to change it go to Network Properties, don’t forget to note IPv4 Address, IPv4 Subnet Mask and IPv4 Default Gateway for next our IP Setting

Click Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) to continue

Fill IPv4 with your IPv4 when at DHCP status, in my case, my IP like below

Setting Temp and Tmp

We need to change Temp and Tmp folder destination, to do that, follow this step. Go to System Properties, then click Environment Variables

See TEMP and TMP on User variables for user, we can see the default Value like image below 

Set TEMP and TMP value to C:\Temp, or you can see like image below

Install

Download Java 7 x64-bit for Windows here

Click Accept License Agreement then choose jdk-7u80-windows-x64.exe

Click Next to continue

Choose Development Tools option, and let path is default, click Next to continue

Let JRE path on default, click Next to continue

Set Java Home

Before we install Weblogic, we need to set Java_Home

Goto System Properties

Click New on region User variables for user

Set New User Variable

Variable name : java_home

Variable value : C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0_80

The Java path is Java 7 x64 bit path, not 32 bit, click OK to set

Edit Path on System variables, then insert Path Java 7 x64 to that Path, and make sure Java 7 x64 path on first line, double click on Path

Result of Environment Variables

Check Installed Java

Type on Command Prompt javac and java, if java already installed and path already set, it will result like image below, if not, check again

And you can check java version with type java -version

If java not yet Installed success,  you cant go to Next Step for install Weblogic
